I have been coming to Serenity Hair Design for a little over a year now and so happy I’ve found this saloon! Everyone there is very nice and welcoming! The customer service is amazing and that’s just all the staff. My hair stylist Liz Buell is amazing at what she does! She’s very knowledgeable and communicates the best options for my hair, while giving me what I want. Let’s not forget how sweet she is either! My hair has never looked better! I’m very happy with my service and look forward to continuing being a client.

I was a former client at serenity about 10 years ago when they were brand new and always loved the friendliness of the stylists and their hair care. I returned recently after a 5 year salon hiatus after some not so great salon experiences at other establishments. I remembered Serenity and am so glad I did! Cindy not only spoke to me first and listened to my hair journey and what I was looking for, she also nailed the desired look and made my scalp and hair feel refreshed! She’s very friendly, personable and created a very comfortable salon experience for an otherwise nervous client! I will definitely be going back!

My first time having my hair done in San Tan Valley and very happy i was scheduled with Aide Salgado. My hair is exactly what I asked for. She took the time to ensure my highlights were perfectly lightened. My hair is 100% what I hoped for. Very sweet and a pleasure to chat with. I was happy with my experience with Shelly, She did listen to what I wanted. The main thing that there was a disconnect with was my cut was a bit shorter than I wanted. I was more concerned with getting the right color and I think it worked so far. It usually takes me a few washings to get see since the color normally washes out. I will definitely go back to her.
