First time floater…long time admirer. Today I spent an hour in the float cabin. I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect. I figured it would be like taking a warm bath at home or sitting in a hot tub. It was neither. My experience was one of pure relaxation and a sense of calm that I didn’t predict. The sensation of literally floating on top of water is one that had me feeling curious (science geek here) but also acutely aware of how free my body felt. I dozed off for a little while and when I woke I sincerely hoped my time wasn’t almost up.

I recently did the 60 minute float in the float cabin and it exceeded my expectations. This was my first experience ever doing a float and it was simply amazing. Mr and Mrs Cave explained everything very thoroughly so I didn’t feel as if there was any confusion prior to getting in the cabin and I knew what to do upon exiting. The float itself was very relaxing. I actually fell asleep multiple times and woke up to the sound of my snoring. It did take my mind a few minutes to turn off so I could actually enjoy the weightless feeling and the overall tranquility, but once I hit that point it was heaven. I would absolutely recommend you try it for yourself. Serenity is beautiful inside and that beauty extends into the float rooms and how they are designed. If you are worried about cleanliness, don’t be, it was impeccable. Don’t just take my word for it. Go see for yourself.

Absolutely amazing experience!! Cryotherapy experience was so cool!! And the float pool was…well there are not enough words to say how amazing and relaxing it was!! I fell asleep! It decreased my pain and was such a wonderful experience! Friendly people and very clean!!!
