Critical: QualityWORST PLACE EVER!!! I spent $75 on nails which started popping off the next day. Female spa owner used every excuse possible. Spa owner kept telling me that it was my fault that the nails popped off. She also said It doesn’t matter that I paid $75, I could have spent more…nails will pop off. I was charged extra for glass tips, but when she repaired my nails, she used regular tips. I reminded her that she charged me extra for glass tips and she refused to use glass tips for replacement. I did not get what I paid for! A week later my nails popped off again. I did not go back. I decided not to waste my time. This place is OVER PRICED and the SERVICE IS POOR! I went in for a pedicure and asked for clear nail polish. They lied and said they only had clear in gel polish for a $15 up charge, then when I went to pay there’s a $2 card fee. Pedicure was over $60 with tip.

I went for a eyebrow cleanup and specifically asked to keep my brows thick. when I left my eyebrows were thin and was charged $15 for thin and misshaped eyebrows. If she didn’t know how to do brows she should have told me. SMH now I have to walk around with thin brows. Beware!!

Critical: ProfessionalismMy husband gave me a $50 gift certificate for my birthday in March 2020. The certificate did state it expired in 6 months. One week later, everything was shut done due to the global pandemic. I have patronized this business before, but not EVER again. Fast forward to May 2021. I went for a pedicure, but my certificate was not honored. I was told they were open, and I could have been serviced. How do you do a mani pedi socially distant? Crazy!!!! My husband gave me a $50 gift certificate for my birthday in March 2020. The certificate did state it expired in 6 months. One week later, everything was shut done due to the global pandemic.
