I’m a retired Navy Nurse & Licensed Massage Therapist. I have been a LMT & helping people in west TN for the past 15 years. I trained in Jacksonville, FL at the School of Neuromuscular Therapy. In 2018 I joined Crystal in her MedSpa adventure two days a week. In 2019 we branched out sharing a new space, building a new brand together. Both of our businesses have been blessed & we outgrew the space together, lending to Crystal moving to the larger suite next door and giving my business an opportunity to expand. In 2023 we will be seeing some GREAT changes coming, to include extended hours, additional services, including nails to better serve my clientele & our hard working community, so with that we are changing our name to Serenity Day Spa.

Made an appointment for neuromuscular massage, showed up early and 5 to 10 minutes after appointment time was told therapist had a family emergency. They offered to reschedule but having a busy work schedule and since I had missed work to be here I said I couldn’t reschedule. I was told by Michaela that they would stay late or come in on the weekend to accommodate me. Asked a couple of times if they could get me in and was told each time they didn’t have openings for me. Not saying they aren’t good people but they certainly dropped the ball with me and didn’t do what they offered to do.
