Suzanne did a fantastic job on my Swedish massage. I had driven to the wrong spa and was late to my appointment, but she took me back right away so I could still get the most out of the time left. I would recommend Suzanne because she had firm pressure and was very thorough despite my massage being less than an hour.

I had a massage and pedicure here. Suzanne, the massage therapist, was great! I always have a hard time finding a good one. So relaxing!! The pedicure room was small, but felt private. The chairs aren’t like the horrible “massager” chairs like in a nail spa. They are like your living room chairs. They made it feel home-y like and it was so comfortable. The woman who did my pedicure was very nice. Actually, everyone here was nice! From calling to making my appointments thru checkout.

Let me start off by saying that there is an absolute hidden gem in that place named Sarah; she is fantastic! I go to her for my pedicures and they are amazing every time. Every other nail tech in the salon is complete trash. I’ve recommended Sarah to numerous people and because she’s so great, she’s always booked. My family, friends, etc were placed with other techs and not one of them had a good experience regarding the artistry or even basic knowledge of cosmetology and nail services. They constantly have new techs, that have not had nearly enough practice, performing manicures and pedicures without understanding terminology (airbrushing, coffin shape) or the process in which certain nail services should be performed.

My girlfriend and I got a couples massage- it was fantastic! Tonya and Jessica were so nice and made sure we had everything we needed; our massages were so relaxing. I had Amber and she is honestly amazing, one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever had. She asks what focus areas I wanted the massages to Target and made sure to spend the appointment time working on those areas. I was having neck pain that day and called them and they were able to fit me in at the end of the day. This place came highly recommended from friends and coworkers and I’m glad I took the advice. Definitely going back to see Amber.

AVOID this place like the plague!! I had scheduled eyelash extensions an entire month in advance for an event. I get a call the evening before my appointment from the owner saying they cancelled my appointment because their lash girl quit. Most decent people give advance notice when they’re leaving a job…quitting so abruptly makes me wonder about the work environment. Anyway, I call on what was supposed to be the day of my appointment to get a better understanding. The owner, Ruby, said my appointment was cancelled because I wouldn’t be able to get a fill from the same person because the lash girl would be gone. She was there on the day of my appointment though! WHAT!? Definitely not a reason to cancel as I didn’t care about getting fills, I just wanted the intial extensions. I was never even asked if I wanted them, just an assumption on their part. I was asked if i still wanted to come in for the lashes (after cancellation) to maybe get them done. I had made arrangements for my kids that i changed because of the cancellation. This place treats people’s time and appointments like trash. I couldn’t book any other lash place for my event because it was so last minute and everywhere was booked. So upset and disappointed at the unprofessional practices of this place. I will NEVER book here again or recommend to anyone. Frankly, I hope they go out of buisness. TERRIBLE! I hope they learn to treat customers, new or veteran, better than this.
