I was visiting Miramar Beach from Orlando for my 21st birthday for the week and decided to try this spa out with my mom and oh boy were we glad we did! We left absolutely wowed with the services provided which rarely happens for us. Tina and Tony were both absolutely phenomenal and the biggest highlight of our visit, they have really shown what the standard of customer service should be in the industry! I hope they are both recognized, as they made the experience so special for us! We both had pedicures and and my mom also had a manicure, we both agreed it was the best service we’ve received even counting plenty of places we have been to in Orlando. This place is a MUST to try for a relaxing day in Miramar Beach!

Critical: QualityI was gifted a spa package for Christmas including a massage, facial, body polish and mani/pedi. The massage and body polish were great and I would recommend. I told the lady doing my facial that I had the spa package and she did a facial that was more than what my package included requiring me to pay and additional $290 on top of my $500 package. I also had this manicure done 3 days ago and as you can see in the photo, the color is changing and my pinky has divets in it. Besides the fact that my overall experience with Serenity by the Sea is always more than favorable…What can I say?!? I have been a member of the spa for almost a year and just had the BEST service yesterday that I’ve had all year, a facial with Antonia. From start to finish it was SUCH a TREAT! I had previously had a pedicure service with her, but her facial BLEW me away. The massage touch points she included & incorporated were so unique. The entire experience left me wanting to upgrade my regular monthly member service next time to a full hour WITH HER!

It was a great massage-my lady was awesome. I was just disappointed because I didn’t get a glass of wine after, they couldn’t add on the scalp treatment, and they forgot to honor the 10% off code I signed up for. Still a great massage, but it was for my bday and the level of service was underwhelming. To be fair-I booked day of*** so this could have definitely affected it. They also didn’t mention to being my swimsuit to enjoy the spa at all before or after 🙁

Do not hesitate to book services at this spa. It’s beautiful and the staff are fabulous! Kelly provided a Moroccan Body Melt experience for me today on July 4th. One of the best massages I’ve ever received. If the beautiful crystal water isn’t enough to call you to this area then come experience Serenity by the Sea! You’ll come up with a gazillion reasons why you need to come back for another visit!!! I promise!!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! My mom , son and I were kicking off my son’s 21st birthday with a spa day. We we’re expecting to be pampered and come out feeling amazing. WRONG!! The hot tub in the mens side was out of order, Which was a HUGE disappointment for my son. The services were at best ok . I still have several rough spots on my feet after the pedicure . My package was supposed to come with a glass of wine or mimosa but I don’t drink so I asked for juice or sparkling water but she said the juice was for the mimosas . Really?! No alternatives for non drinkers? I had been here before and there used to be mixed nuts and trail mix to enjoy between services but now only water and apples. For almost $1000 for two people I expected excellent services and attentive indulgent customer service. We will not be returning .

Serenity by the Sea is amazing!! My mom and I come here every year for my birthday. It is very relaxing, and they feature a Sauna, Whirlpool, and Steam room in their common room. I believe you can pay a daily fee to use just this room which is pretty afforadble! Their services can be pricy, but seems comprable to other spas. Their staff is always very friendly, and do a great job with their services. I would not choose to get your nails done here as they never seem to last as long as other nail salons, but I still give them 5 stars because I always leave feeling pure and pamprered!

Not forthcoming with cancellation policy or accommodations. I am from out of town, I google searched eyebrow waxing near me. This location was the closest eyebrow waxing by me. I started to drive there, stopped at a gate and thought this possibly requires an appointment. Called the spa at 1:00pm and asked for an appointment, just for an eyebrow wax. Receptionist said I could come at 3:15pm that day. I received a text at 1:10pm confirming my appointment t and said to call the number listed for appointment needs. Also, this message did not have a cancellation warning.
