The worst nail salon I’ve ever been to! They are so money hungry ,pushy, and rude! They kept Trying to up sell me on everything ! I got a pedicure and gel removal on my nails and it came to 100 bucks! At the end they asked to to tip in cash only and said that they prefer if I use their atm and spend even more money to take out cash . Then they asked me what I want to tip in front of everyone instead of letting you tip at your own discretion. I tipped 15 dollars and she kept asking me if that was it, was that all I was going to tip ? It was so awkward, I’ve never seen anything like this before . After I paid she had an attitude and didn’t speak to me. She just went to the front and counted her tips . Horrible experience!

PLEASE READ-Worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had! I never leave reviews but I had to for this place. Had an appointment for my daughter and her friend for a gel manicure and for a pedicure for myself. They made us wait for 45min past our appointment time. Then they tried to put my daughter and her friend at different tables.. the whole reason for making an appointment and going together is to actually be together! THEN they acted like they were ready to do my pedicure.. they sat me at the chair asked me my nail color(10times) and walked away. I waited 15min while she gave people massages and never said anything to me(no water was in the pedicure chair tub so I was just sitting there) I finally said never mind I’ll just wait for the girls. They asked me 5 times to sit back down and I had to walk away. My daughter wanted a design that she received. Her friend wanted plain but she told me after that they kept telling her to get a design so she finally said yes so they put a line on 2 nails. A LINE FOR $5! The price list online is completely wrong. They charged close to $100 for two gel manicures. On top of all that they rushed at the end because they had more appointments that they weren’t ready for.

Every step of the way they were trying to up-sell & nickel & dime you here. It was annoying and really took away from the relaxing pampering my girlfriend & I were looking for. Everyone that goes to a nail salon knows gel lasts longer. If that’s what I wanted that’s what I’d be making an appointment for. Then the color I chose for a regular manicure was a $3 up charge because it last longer…ok whatever. So over & over they told us they don’t do their regular manicures properly to stay. After all the attempts at an up charge I was finally able to enjoy what was left of my manicure. Then to the pedicure chair … the water wasn’t even ready for me even though they had me dry my nails before proceeding to the chair where I sat for another 15-20 minutes as multiple employees started to run water, ask me what kind of pedicure I wanted, then walked away to cash out customers to come back with some tools, walk away, tend to someone else and so on & so on. Luckily was in no rush but couldn’t believed how long it took to get them started on my pedicure (I had an appointment). Even during the regular pedicure the employee walked away on numerous occasions during my service. My girlfriend & I ended up being there for 2.5 hours for regular mani/pedis. Then when we went to pay it was a mess, they were trying to charge us for all the upsells we happily declined & after consulting with the 10 different employees that performed our 2 services each we finally got an accurate total.

I come here once a month for the hydrating gel manicure and it always looks great and lasts until my next appointment. The ladies that work there are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend their services for anyone looking to have a manicure on their natural nails! Gel manicures

I’ve come here many times, eyelashes, eyebrows, massages, manicures, pedicures, and I had always been charged about 50-65$ for a pedicure even with the gel. This time I went, they charged me 105$ for A PEDICURE ONLY. And over cut my cuticles, it hurt when I showered for days. They want to overcharge now for gratuity. They demand a price and don’t allow you to tip at your own discretion. I never had this problem coming here, I’ve been here many times, but I’d rather take my service elsewhere after this experience.

I’m very picky when it comes to services for yourself. I’ve been here numerous times and by now I feel like a review is deserved. First off, the salon is huge. it’s clean & very unique. Second. The pedicures are by far the BEST. Sure, $50 isn’t cheap but- by far it’s the best on the shoreline. I’ve actually timed my pedicure from start to finish. & it’s always over an hour. The service is top notch. It’s not the cheapest salon but you get what you pay for. Everyone’s wonderful. always happy thanks Serenity! ❤️
