I love it here! I went for my second time in 2 months last night. I’ve gotten 2 deep tissue massages and 1 foot reflexology. I can’t decide what I like the best. Everyone and everything is amazing. I was offered a glass of wine during my reflexology and the ambiance is lovely. My first deep tissue I had CoCo and she was absolutely perfect and super strong. She knew exactly where I had problems without me saying anything. Yesterday I got my deep tissue from Helen. She is also amazing and super strong. One thing to note is if you get a deep tissue with Helen she uses Ashiatsu (she stands on your back and uses her feet to work your body) it’s wonderful and different and today I feel amazing . I honestly probably wouldn’t have booked her if I knew that was her style but I’m so glad I did it. I think my body is very happy with the amazing work she did on it!

This was the worst massage experience I’ve ever had. I selected 60min Swedish massage and scalp massage. This felt nothing like any Swedish massage I’ve ever had. Felt more like a deep-tissue. She was extremely rough and used way too much pressure. I kept tensing up because none of it felt even the slightest bit relaxing. She was digging deep into my muscles which hurt and was aggressively rubbing my skin. The language barrier was a HUGE issue for me because she didn’t understand anything I said so I couldn’t tell her to ease up. I didn’t understand anything she said which led to additional charges I wasn’t even aware I was agreeing to. At one point she was slapping and beating my muscles with her hands which was so unpleasant. She even was pulling hard on my limbs and stretching me out. I can’t imagine she would do this kind of stretching to the older clients because it was intense. She would take my leg and bend it all the way up to my armpit while she put all of her weight on my leg trying to stretch me out. I wasn’t flexible enough for that and it was painful. I was so afraid I was going to pull something. At one point she GOT ON TOP OF ME to massage my back and shoulders. Is this normal??? The scalp massage was HORRENDOUS. 15 minutes of her aggressively scratching at my head and then putting a lot of pressure on certain points of my head. And not like at my temples or neck areas. Just random spots on the top of my head ??? It was really painful. Every second of that experience, I was just hoping for it to be over. Now I’m in so much more pain and felt obligated to tip well because she was hovering over me when it came time for payment. Also, as we were at the cash register the woman that did my massage started rubbing my arm and said “I got sun” aka she rubbed my skin so aggressively that my skin is actually PEELING. Truly such a horrible experience!!!!!!

Outstanding! The store is very clean and well presented. All employees and Manager/Owner were customer focused in making our stay very welcomed. Would like to purchase a 6 month or yearly membership card for future. Management is looking into member card applications.

My wife and I came here to get couple massage to celebrate our third anniversary together. We ended up going to this place because we think the price is cheaper compared to other day spa. When we first came in there to make the appointment we saw the prices and so on what’s included in the couple massage. They have a chart/drawing in the front register that shows that couple massage includes 60 minutes massage plus 30 minutes facial and wines for the couples. When the day came for our actually massage we were kind of disappointed. First when we got there we were not offered any wines and actually had to asked for it when we were done with the massage. Second, the masseuse asked if we wanted the coconut oil for $10 each, and I keep telling her no I’m good and she keeps asking I guess she didn’t know what that means and we got charged for it. Third, my wife said her masseuse was rushing with her massage and that she was being rough with her. My wife told me that her masseuse keeps going out the room multiple times at the same time. Maybe her masseuse was getting her stuffs? But at the same time my masseuse was still massaging me while my wife’s masseuse was out of the room. I don’t know how to explain this maybe the owner or her masseuser can? Lastly, at the checkout the lady seems like she wanted more tip. I know in the front desk there’s a sign that says to let the management know about this issue, but how can you if your masseuse is there? Overall we don’t believe we had a great experience with this day spa. At front you would think you’re saving more money but at the end you’re actually paying more than the other spa because of their hidden fees such as the coconut oil and the credit card fee. I do understand about the credit card fee since other businesses do this, but I just want to warn the other customers who are thinking about going here. My recommendation is you’re probably better off with other spa who probably have a higher price up front but at least you know what you’re getting.

Happy Anniversary to my husband and I along with our friends. Both of us celebrating 3&5 years of marriage. We decided to come back to Serenity for a massage and listen here it was better than the 1st time, which makes sense because our first time was during COVID 2020 which limited a lot. This time around I had Ms. Helen and whew she did me GREAT!!! I mean I was borderline snoring unfortunately I missed some of the steps due to me getting dizzy during the process. Nothing on Serenity, it was all me but Ms. Helen did fantastic making sure I was okay and serving me water. I have to say that facial was bomb. Thanks again Serenity for making our visit amazing.
