My mother and I went here for a treat for my birthday. I rarely ever do spa things, so it was an especially fun experience. They were very accommodating and even scheduled an earlier appointment to accommodate us. The venue was peaceful, lovely, and clean. There are tons of paint options. We did the standard manicure and pedicure and found it everything we were looking for! My mother had Lee, and his friendliness, good humor, and attention to detail and her comfort made her day! Johnny, one of the owners did mine and he was extremely professional and did a beautiful job. Everyone was friendly and accommodating . I also appreciated the attention to COVID safety and protocol. I’m pregnant now so I really appreciate the extra care. Wonderful experience and we would definitely go again!

I came in for a walk in appointment a month ago and was taken right away. I received a full set of tip and dip and even now is still fully on with no signs of lifting. I have been getting acrylic and dip for over 15 years and this is the longest a set has ever lasted me. Normally my sets start lifting within the first two weeks, so this is amazing for me. The matte top coat has also lasted, which is also uncommon. I highly recommend this salon

Just popped in for a last minute appointment while on vacation! Wow! They were so friendly and helpful, Christine did a FABULOUS job! Never been to a salon that offered me a drink before, but they went all out! If I’m ever back in the Cleveland area, I’ll definitely be in for another full dip set! Nails are gorgeous and the selection they had was HUGE! 10/10

UGH I’m so frustrated. I so badly want to give them a good review because they did such a good job and were very nice, but I just want to warn everyone that they are way overpriced. Their regular services are more expensive than any nail salon I’ve ever been to, plus they charged an extra $5 for “PPE Expenses” and an extra $10 to take the dip polish I already had on my hand off. I’ve never seen a salon do that before. The most basic pedicure and manicure with dip powder cost $130. That’s insane.

The owner of this salon needs to take classes in customer service. She was unbelievable rude and unprofessional. I’m not sure if she was just having a bad day, or if that’s just how certain customers are treated. If you want a relaxing and professional manicure go elsewhere. Dip powder

I got a dip manicure and asked for them to be thick because I have long natural nails. She said no, and the top coat is already peeling after about a week and a half. I’ve been getting dip for over five years and even the worst sets I’ve gotten have lasted at least 2.5 weeks. Dip powder

My friend and I came here for the first time. There are some super wonderful things about this salon but one reason I will not return! They are very friendly, incredibly clean, and COVID precaution proactive. Johnny did an absolute outstanding job on my pedicure! The gentlemen that did my friends was a little more “rough” with the massage, however the pedicure in general turned out good.
