Eugenia has been my massage therapist for 18 years. Her hands are like pure magic! Words can’t even describe how I feel when I leave. To be honest I don’t want to get up from the massage table! My daughter bought me a day at a spa in Austin which is one of the top spas in the nation so I thought wow this is going to be great! I left so disappointed and I think it’s because I am so spoiled with Eugenia. Now with all that being said I have to say something about this Seth character that is spreading lies on every social media review section that will allow him to. This is my take on it. I believe he is probably a bully that might have been questioned about his expired certificate and couldn’t have his way immediately so he starts throwing his weight around. An expiration date is exactly what it states. It’s not her fault you didn’t try to get in sooner and I know she would have honored it but just because she questioned you about it you’re going to throw a fit. How do I know this? Because like I said I have been going to this lady for 18 plus years, when I read his review and saw where he said she yelled at him for 15 minutes I knew all of it was lies. This lady is the most soft spoken person you could ever meet. It makes me sad that someone would try to ruin a person just for their own evil. All I can say is try Eugenia out for yourself and you will be hooked. Honestly she is the best!

I was super excited to take my mom here. I wanted to try the dream package with her. But when I called to make an appointment no one answered. So I waited the next day. I stopped by the location at 1pm. I noticed a sign said walk ins welcome. I tried the door and it was locked, even though the sigh said open. I came home waited till 3 and called again. Still the phone rang on and on. I saw good reviews on this place but it doesn’t seem to be all that great if they can’t even keep the door open for walk ins. Giving up and trying somewhere else.

I love going to Eugenia. The massage is fantastic. She seems to know where my pain and ailments are, without me even telling her. She always spends extra time on needed areas, and has never rushed a massage. Whether swedish to deep tissue, she spends the necessary time needed, that I walk out feeling incredible, and needing to drink a lot of water….which she always reminds me to do. She has always been accomodating to my schedule, sometimes staying very late so that I can get in to see her before an upcoming run. What can I say, she is truly a hidden gem in the Sagemont area.

All-time worst customer service experience today. I was a recipient of a gift certificate for a “Swedish / Lymphatic Massage” (which are two different services at different price points). Due to multiple hospitalizations and initial contraindication by my doctor of the “Swedish” variant (I am at risk of tendon rupture following poisoning), I delayed in redeeming the certificate. Once I was out of the hospital, the ambiguity over the service purchased was resolved (the “Swedish” verbiage should not have appeared on the certificate), and my doctor authorized a Lymphatic Massage as beneficial, when I requested to redeem it only days past expiration I encountered a very hostile and combative owner who was not sympathetic to my plight and who refused to redeem the certificate immediately past expiration due to her “company rule”. When I asked the purpose of the company rule, she repeatedly told me that to ask that was an insult to her, and after a lot of shouting on her part about how terrible a customer I was, she repeatedly insisted she was a “law-abiding citizen” (no insinuation of crime or alien residency had been made). By the end of the shouting, when I stated that all I could do was discourage those I knew from soliciting her business, her tune changed and she agreed to perform the service (after all, it had already been paid for), but the change of heart seemed a transparent effort to minimize bad press, and I can’t entrust someone so hostile, unsympathetic, or combative with my health. The experience was anything but “serene” – I recommend you take your business elsewhere.
