I absolutely loved my first visit to Serene. Honestly, this is the best wax experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Jessica! She’s super professional – gave me so many tips and shared her knowledge on waxing and hair removal. She’s also super sweet! One thing that really shined for me about this wax salon is the type of wax they use is cream based. My pain level was substantially less than I’ve ever experienced before. That, alone, is a huge reason I will be back. I love the look and feel of the place. It’s pampering, inviting, and so much more fun than your usual chain wax establishment. I’ll be back again – no doubts about it!

I loved it here. My friend recommended it to me and I was a bit nervous because I have gotten a rash before in another place. Anyways I make my appointment on the same day and the staff is so nice and friendly. As soon as you walk in it is very nicely decorated and I forgot the girls name who did my wax but she makes you feel so comfortable. I was not nervous or anything! She also is very knowledgeable about waxing and explains the next steps in detail. I will be back for sure! I got a discount for it being my first Brazilian
