We are family owned and operated massage and spa studio located in the heart of Stafford, Texas in the prestigious Tatar historical building. We provide massage and spa services as well as mobile massage and spa services to Stafford, Houston and surrounding areas. We specialize in Swedish, Sports, Medical, Deep Tissue massage as well as facials, skin care, body treatments and spa parties. We believe in order to truly relax, we must first find the cause of ailments that hinder a full relaxed state. Once we address the issue/issues, we can focus on relaxation. We pride ourselves in quality pampering and will provide a relaxing spa experience.

I got lucky because I was able to book an appointment the same day. I was having pain in my shoulder blade and Tonja was able to work out the trigger point. The pain was gone by the time I left! I was so grateful because I was scheduled to start a new work out boot camp the following day. I started that and I’m feeling great. I enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere at Serene Retreat and the specialty products that she used during the massage. Also the prices were great! I will definitely be back and I plan to take advantage of her referral program too.

I received a massage gift for this spa from a family member from Groupon. It was a small a cozy location, very clean and organized. The woman who took care of me was very good, I had alot of muscle pain and tightness and she got all of it out and helped me relax. The foot bath was amazing. Over all I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and plan to go again.

This was my first experience at a spa and it was WONDERFUL! My mom, sister and I had a girls day out…The calming atmosphere is present as soon as you walk into the spa. At the front you’re greeted with a smile and you begin to relax once you walk into the room, and the massage of course was the best part! Needless to say we’ll be back!!!

Ive been a client since January and since my first appointment I have been back religiously every 2-3 weeks! Tonja is amazing and incorporates her knowledge of the body from being a trainer into her massage techniques! She has hands of GOLD! I’ve been to numerous high end spas, but no one has been able to relieve my back pain until I came here.
