I would give zero stars if I could. They booked me without a referral (which apparently they’re not supposed to do), let me wait 2 months, and contacted me 16 hours before my appointment to let me know that they didn’t have a referral for me (which cannot be true because I received confirmation from my insurance). My doctor’s office is closed so I can’t get my referral sorted. They told me I pay out of pocket or I don’t go. COMPLETELY unprofessional.
