He talked with me beforehand , during , and after to maintain consistent communication. I was nervous since I have neck and back problems. Once I made myself relax .. I had my first message yesterday! Terry made me feel comfortable from the start. He talked with me beforehand , during , and after to maintain consistent communication. By the time I left after one visit, my head was down to a level 2 and remained that way. The communication before, during, and after is amazing, and they genuinely care about attending to your needs.
