Waited an hour with my wife and her friend sitting in pedicure chairs while one gent employee sat behind the desk for approximately an hour before he removed my wife’s friend’s nail polish and started the soak. We were left sitting there while he went back to the desk. As the ladies with nails were finishing he started their pedicures immediately, so we just left because it mainly it was odd poor time management, odd experience, and maybe they didn’t need the business. I’m not a salon specialist, but the ladies said it was ridiculously bad service.

I had the same person to do my nails for 6 years in Miami. I found this place and I love it. I’m super picky and these ladies know what they are doing. This place is amazing! I moved to louisana from Miami and I was afraid I wasn’t going to find anyone to do my nails right. I had the same person to do my nails for 6 years in Miami. I found this place and I love it. Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI decided to go to this salon simply because it’s the nearest to my house. I have visited in the past and before the pandemic. They appear to have very good Covid protocol on the service. There are partitions everywhere, they encourage customers to wear masks, and the employees wear masks, face shields, and gloves. The only problem is these steps are taken for the sole benefit of the family that works there. I observed an employee keeping the same pair of gloves to service multiple customers and do general housekeeping duties. I decided to go to this salon simply because it’s the nearest to my house. I have visited in the past and before the pandemic. They appear to have very good Covid protocol on the service. There are partitions everywhere, they encourage customers to wear masks, and the employees wear masks, face shields, and gloves. Kind!!! They also offer herbal pedicures which are my favorite! I chose ginger and green tea to detox and refresh. She gathered real herbs from glass decanters, not from a package.
