My first time there was amazing as the tech helped me figure out a color and talked me through the strength of my nails. She took her time and was delightful. My second experience was just the same. My first set lasted 4 weeks and really could have made it another before I really needed work. The picture is of my second set and they looked fantastic! I don’t normally share my experience at a nail salon, however this place has just been fantastic! My first time there was amazing as the tech helped me figure out a color and talked me through the strength of my nails. She took her time and was delightful. My second experience was just the same. I’ve been going here for a couple of years and it seems like this place is slipping a bit. They got brand new massage chairs within the past year (I liked the old ones better because they did more) but now the two on the ends do not work. The atmosphere used to be relaxing but seems more and more rushed. Very difficult to schedule an appointment with a specific technician. May be looking for another salon soon.

Extremely rough and made my wife bleed by grinding to much on my wife’s skin and my wife has never bled before when getting her nails done very careless and all about getting your money at the end would have given zero stars if that was a option will never be going back here you should not come home to your finger bleeding after you had your nails done which is supposed to be something relaxing definitely not worth what they charge if this is there quality of work it should only be about 10 dollars not 45 I advise not going here what so ever it’s been 3 days and my wife’s finger still looks all messed up

I have been to so many different nail salons over the yrs because I wasn’t able to find me so much as 1 nail salon that I was so hysterically above&beyond happy with until today,or until I walked into Serene Nail(s) Salon,the friendliness&courtesy&the cleanliness&respect I was shown&given left me speechless was out of this world! They made me feel like I was Jill Biden!!!! LMAO!!! was so nice&wonderful!!!! almost had me in happy tears! I would 100 billion% recommend Serene Nail Salon to any woman that is looking for fantastic good N ail Salon&to me the in prices are not bad at all! Well worth the money at least it is to me!!!
