Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI was a walk-in today while they were pretty busy, however; the ladies were incredibly nice and did a fantastic job! I got a full set of acrylic nails and they are absolutely perfect. My friend got a pedicure that was fabulous! Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismMy quick and easy pedicure ended up taking 1.5 hrs due to my tech being more concerned with her phone and other customers coming in the door. She was talking (very aggressively) on the phone for the majority of my time there. I became very frustrated the first 5 minutes and wished I would have excused myself at the beginning. My quick and easy pedicure ended up taking 1.5 hrs due to my tech being more concerned with her phone and other customers coming in the door. She was talking (very aggressively) on the phone for the majority of my time there. I became very frustrated the first 5 minutes and wished I would have excused myself at the beginning. Go somewhere that is more professional where the nail techs actually care about their customer

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI came in on a Sunday and arrived less than 10 minutes after opening. There were two people already there getting pedicures. My normal salon doesn’t open until 12 on Sundays and I was in a rush so I decided to give this place a try since it’s close to home and had a decent rating. Upon walking in, I struggled to find a nail polish that looked decent. There were not many color options and most of the polishes looked old and had began to separate. Even after shaking it to mix it and see the true color, it didn’t seem to do much good. I had came in needing a pedicure and the employee asked if I wanted a manicure too. I asked how much to paint my fingernails and she told me $48. That didn’t include tips. Just nail polish. Not gel. Not SNS. I declined and said I would just do a pedicure. She never told me the price of a pedicure but if it costs $48 to paint fingernails, I figured it would be steep. Their prices are not listed anywhere in the salon or online. However, I was willing to pay because I would be saving time and wouldn’t be late to where I had to be at 2. I understand there were people in front of me, but after waiting 40 minutes and the other ladies weren’t anywhere near done, I decided to leave and just make the drive to my normal salon where I was seen immediately. I came in on a Sunday and arrived less than 10 minutes after opening. There were two people already there getting pedicures. My normal salon doesn’t open until 12 on Sundays and I was in a rush so I decided to give this place a try since it’s close to home and had a decent rating.
