Critical: Punctuality, QualityI got a flat iron and trim. Sat in there for hours because they were very overbooked. By the time she got to me it was extremely rushed. When I got home and saw the results I knew it could have been much better. Cut was poorly done and flat iron was not done how it should have so it didn’t last. But I did see other clients and their hair was nice. I think they put more time into their normal clients and not new ones. I got a flat iron and trim. Sat in there for hours because they were very overbooked. By the time she got to me it was extremely rushed. When I got home and saw the results I knew it could have been much better. Cut was poorly done and flat iron was not done how it should have so it didn’t last. But I did see other clients and their hair was nice. I think they put more time into their normal clients and not new ones. It’s unfortunate because I think this salon has potential, but based on my first experience I will not be returning.

I thought I was bad with cleaning & disinfectant. But my girl Kim cleans after every client I love it. You & your team are SUPER AWESOME I love the atmosphere everyone make you feel right at home. I came here for the 1st time my services were done by Kim. She was very professional, clean & pleasant. I thought I was bad with cleaning & disinfectant. But my girl Kim cleans after every client I love it. You & your team are SUPER AWESOME I love the atmosphere everyone make you feel right at home. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI had a terrible experience at this salon! I was supposed to get a silk press and I had an appointment scheduled for 3:30pm and was later pushed to 4:30pm, which was fine. However, when i got there at 4:30pm, I sat and waited for almost two hours for someone to get my hair started. She began washing my hair, but left me multiple times unoccupied. She then sent me under the dryers and once it was over, once again left me unoccupied. I then told her that I don’t live in this area, i live 1 hr away, I’m 18, and that it was getting late and I needed to go home soon. I sat waiting a while as she worked on other people’s hair. That was at least an 1 hr and 30 minutes for my hair to wash and dry since she kept leaving me. It was about 8:00pm and she didn’t even start on the press. I ended up leaving because she was taking too long and clearly her first time customer didn’t matter. I understand that it’s around Christmas time and it gets pretty busy, I just feel that she should’ve just canceled my appointment rather than have me burn my gas and waste my time.Service: HairstylingI had a terrible experience at this salon! I had a terrible experience at this salon! I was supposed to get a silk press and I had an appointment scheduled for 3:30pm and was later pushed to 4:30pm, which was fine. However, when i got there at 4:30pm, I sat and waited for almost two hours for someone to get my hair started. She began washing my hair, but left me multiple times unoccupied.
