My first time here. The person that did my eyebrows her name was Ragi. From the beginning she started complaining how thin my eyebrows are and then gave unsolicited advice. Throughout the entire process she made me feel awkward and felt like she don’t want to do it. On top of that she messed up my right eyebrow. I do threading only on special occasions and ahe completely ruined it. Never in my 10 years of threading experiences I have had such a bad eyebrows. Disappointed!!

Highly highly disappointed! I had my eyebrows threaded from this place the girl who did my eyebrows her name was Rabel. She’s extremely unprofessional, clearly does not know what she’s doing. I had been growing my eyebrows for last 5 months thanks to her she had completely ruined it, she literally had me out of there in 1 min. When I went to the salon she called me back in the room, stated light is better there. She literally did my brows, chin and upper lip in a minute, she had not shown me mirror afterwards to check if i was happy or whatsoever. When I went in my car all the hair was still there on chin and upper lip area. She’s extremely unprofessional and literally does not know her job at all!!! Guys do yourself a favor and do not go to her!!

Overall I had a pretty bad experience here. The hygiene was questionable, they didn’t clean the table between mine and my friend’s waxing. The person who did my waxing was texting while working with me although it was a waxing of intimate areas, which made me really uncomfortable. And it was the most painful waxing I’ve ever received. I’ve had several at other places and the person doing mine didn’t seem to know what she was doing or have any technique. She just globbed the wax on all at once instead of doing small sections and didn’t do it in the direction the hair grew. She also left a bunch of hair behind but had already been so rough that she said she couldn’t do more without ripping the skin. She also didn’t inform me of anything like how long to wait until showering or give any information that is normally necessary to give.
