My daughters gifted me a facial and massage certificate. I used it today, and was so impressed. The person who answered the phone (I called cause I was running late) was very nice and understanding. Ravi, who did my facial, was very efficient, was open to questions and even gave me tips on caring for my skin. Raja was my massage therapist, and she did a great job. Over all, I had a very relaxing experience. Highly recommended.

I went to get a massage about a week ago and I was very happy with my massage. I asked for deep tissue and trigger point with focus on my shoulders, neck, back and arms and my therapist Barry did not disappoint. The pressure was exactly what I wanted and he found spots I did not know needed to be worked out. The neck work also helped with my headache I was having. Thank you Barry!

I experienced Serendipity Wellness Studio for the first time today and it was blissful. Arrion Holt was my massage therapist. Arrion was very mindful of the areas that I requested he focus on and it was quickly apparent he is very skilled at his craft. He was able to relax my upper back/shoulder area; it felt wonderful! I did not feel like he was rushing and would check with me periodically to make sure his pressure was okay. I am looking forward to becoming a regular!

I went to Serendipity my first time their. OMG, never knew a masssge could feel so good and I’ve been getting massages for years. Serendipity knocks it out of the park. Arrion was my massage person and your would be so lucky to have him a your massage therapist.

not impressed. Clients are not permitted to wear their shoes indoors. Rooms are not very relaxing. Therapist used way too much oil and got it all through my hair, even with it being pulled up. Felt very clinical and not relaxing. Will not be going back.

I wish I hadn’t gone, or maybe picked a different practitioner. But it’s hard for me to imagine how that technique would have been enjoyable to anyone and possibly also dangerous. Felt more like a punishment than a gift. I’m just sad.

We had our Christmas staff party at Serendipity in Linden and the experience was excellent! We were able to relax, have a glass of wine and enjoy the beautiful space. I would highly recommend scheduling your next pedicure party at Serendipity!

I gave them 3 stars because they were very kind when booking and helpful but I’m 6 months pregnant and my husband and I had an appointment. My therapist feel ill that morning and they wanted to move my appointment almost 2 hours behind my husband’s which was not going to work. So we cancel at no charge. Like I said they were kind and responsible given that I’m pregnant but I was very disappointed that there was no recover on thier part. Can we rebook you and offer you a discount, nothing like that was said or offer, they just let us cancel 2 facials and 2 messages. It’s a shame, we really were looking forward to this.
