The services and atmosphere themselves are great as were our facialists…however the customer service (front of house) side of this business was awful, rude, and inexperienced. They tried to get paid twice for one service and then still overcharged me for products. Had to stand there while they voided the transaction and did it over again.

Not impressed, poor service & very unprofessional. It’s seems they are in desperate need of dependable staff. I called here to book 2 spa packages for my moms birthday & never recieved a call back. When I first called, the woman told me there was avilibilty on the day I requested, that she would call me back within an hour after confirming with their facial specialists. Didn’t hear back from her that Thursday, nothing Friday.. I called the following week & was told my information was never passed along. I literally called wanting to spend $600+ at their astablishment & the receptionist/coordinator failed to simply book my appointments.

My sisters and I was there in the fall for their pedicure fall special, and oh my gosh was it ever so nice! The chairs were amazing, the pedicure was just amazing and the atmosphere was just so relaxing! This was the first time my sisters and I were able to do something like this! And our first pedicures! We’re definitely planning on coming back! The drinks are great and the girls are so so nice!! Definitely go! Not only do you get pampered but it’s so nice to be able to just relax and forget the outside world for a little bit!

Highly recommend! Melissa did my manicure and I LOVE it!! She did a hand painted nail art and it’s gorgeous.The salon was very clean and everyone was very friendly. The price was very reasonable, especially considering they give the spa experience.

A lovely spa with a great atmosphere. The workers were very nice. All of the skincare products were great. They have seasonal specials and you get chocolates at the door and can order drinks during your time there. Plus there was no chemical smell in the spa.

Bought my husband a “4 handed massage” for an hour as a birthday gift. He loves massages and was excited since he’s never had a “4 handed massage”. He left highly disappointed at $170 an hour plus 2 $20 tips(we always tip) i was hoping it was the best massage he has ever had. Sadly it was not will not be returning
