There is a unique quality in a massage therapist that I find to be what makes the difference betweena good massage and a great one. It is when their technique and experience are met with intention and that is what I experienced with Micheal Anaian. He has awarm and kind energy, and mademe feel very welcomed. I saw him for shoulder, neck and lower back tension which had been an issue for me for several weeks. He was spot on with his pressure and stretches. The massage was so wonderful it’s really hard to describe because I was so relaxed. Some deep tissue massages I have had in the past have beenthekind I endured (no pain no gain) but I really appreciated and loved his approach of using the right amount of pressure and integrating stretching to open up areas that weretight. I felt my body clicking and clacking back into place in the best possible way. I also unexpectedly had a very energetic or spiritual release during the massage while he was holding a point in my neck. I was able to go into adeepmeditativestate and relax fully.
