CANCELLATION POLICY All customers arriving 5 minutes past the scheduled appointment time may be subject to cancellation. This is to honor the time of our other guests who have also booked with us that day. A No-Show fee of 100% of the original service cost will be charged to guests who no-show without cancelling, this fee is non-refundable and CANNOT be applied towards future services.
