Everyone at Serendipity is a real professional, as well as friendly and thoughtful. Another reviewer spoke badly of Shelly but she does a great job on my hair, working hard to please me. My manicures by Sarah and Debbie have been excellent. In the months I’ve been going there, following a 20-year association with a single stylist/manicurist, I’ve been very impressed by the people I see doing hair or nails. The shop is small, intimate, and immaculate. There is no sound of internal dissension or back-biting. I thoroughly recommend Serendipity and the professionals there.

Decent happy hour prices $4 Gyoza and $4.00 Japanese beers $5.00 Saintlike cocktail for checking in on google. It’s on the corner with a nice outdoor area with views of the Brooklyn Bridge, inside decor probably looks really cool at night.

I walked in there and asked for a manicure and pedicure. They looked confused, and said they didn’t have anyone to help me. There were 3 of them standing around eating and talking, not working on anyone. I will never waste my time on this place again.
