Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI dropped my 16 & 17 year old daughters off at this salon this morning for their scheduled appointments. They were both supposed to get full platinum blond highlights. The one in the picture attached to this review, is 16 years old. She babysits her two younger sisters to earn money and to help me (her mother) out so that I don’t have to pay a fortune for daycare or a sitter. So she babysat and she did some little odd ball jobs around the house and saved her money for 2-3 months to get her hair done professionally, for the first time right before school starts. So she saved $120, made the appointment for 11:00am. We arrived at the salon at 11:06 am. They go inside, and they showed their stylists pictures of what they wanted, which was bleach blond full highlights, over top of their brunette hair. . They felt uncomfortable right from the beginning. The two stylists that worked on my daughter’s hair were rude, and whispering to each other, and just being very unprofessional and made the girls feel extremely uncomfortable! They left them sitting at the shampoo bowl for 45 min, and never told them why they were sitting there for the amount of time that they were there. No explanation. When they were all done, both of my kids paid $100 each and gave each stylist a $25 tip! If you look at the photo, her hair is literally 2 different colors! My poor kid is so devastated.
