Serendipity Salon and Spa is owned and operated by Whitney Snow. This is her second salon she’s opened in the area. She is very passionate about making sure that everyone who walks into Serendipity feels welcome, comfortable and valued and leaves feeling amazing! Serendipity currently has 6 stylists, 1 barber and an aesthetician and nail technician operating their individual businesses inside of the salon. Each one of them has their own unique talents and gifts that they bring to the salon. They make their own hours, have their separate prices and services that they offer. I found this salon (Serendipity) online, as to find a new place to get a cut, and one that also did color. Well, I did not know that I would find not only my new FAVORITE salon…but I found a stylist/colorist that is OUT OF THIS WORLD AMAZING! Dez is absolutely wonderful and always makes me feel like a Queen . She is friendly, caring, kind and SO TALENTED! Her knowledge of hair and coloring, is outstanding. She always gives off a positive vibe with a sense of calmness, that makes me feel relaxed and very comfortable. I am very grateful I met her!

Alexis is a great stylist. She had been cutting my hair since she was located at Midwest Hair Studio in South Milwaukee. Beautiful salon! Whitney is the beat stylist I’ve ever had! She’s so good with my color, my cut and is fast. Everyone there is super friendly and inviting and the Barber, Zach does amazing hair on my husband and son. I was there to have a facial, pedicure, and manicure with Ashley. Natural Glow by Ashley is located inside Serendipity Salon. Everything about the experience was 5 star. I highly recommend all three of these services with Ashley.

I have been to every kind of stylist and salon to get my hair done just right. I’ve been to pretentious, expensive, inexpensive, master stylists, cozy salons, edgy salons…Serendipity is the salon I have been looking for! Whitney listens to what I want, takes her time, is honest, extremely fair, and I leave wanting to “go somewhere” to show off my hair! I have dark, long hair and am super particular about my Baliage placement and color. She achieves perfection each time! All of the stylists at Serendipity are knowledgeable and friendly and the salon has an amazing atmosphere. There is no salon like it in Milwaukee.
