Critical: QualityI showed pictures of the color and cut I wanted. She destroyed my hair and I am so sad and have to pay someone to fix it. I have zero confidence to go go back there now to fix it or I would. I didn’t realize she would bleach my hair prior to coloring it or I would have never let her. She turned My chair facing AWAY from the mirror which I thought was odd but figured she knew what she was doing. WRONG!!! She was bleaching my already damaged hair. So sad and disappointed I can’t look in the mirror at myself. It looks like I colored and cut my own hair with dye from the grocery store. He is truly talented and will listen and has the skills to do exactly what you want. He is what i would call a true hair artist. You will never go to anyone else!!

Friendly staff, knew my name when I walked in the door. Joe did a fantastic job cutting my hair, asked/did exactly what I wanted for my hair, and it the products he washed my hair with replenished it making my hair fell healthy for days after my appointment. If you’re looking for a new place definitely try them out!

I have been going to Ashley for several years now. She is great! The salon is very professional and clean. Ashley is always on time with great ideas for me or ready to do just what I ask. I have not been to the other stylists but they are all very friendly and professional. I love Joe!

Phil did an amazing job. They are doing an amazing job with protecting their customers from Covid. I feel they take extra steps which is why I picked this salon. I feel more safe in their salon then at a Wal-Mart.

I was a walk in today, very nervis about getting a cut. I have very long, light hair and have not had a cut in a long time. They did an amazing job, took the time to make sure I was getting exactly what i wanted. The stylist was very profesional and kind, and made me feel comfortable and beautiful. Thank you!

My hair was ruined twice is one visit. I went in for a basic highlight to my roots and instead my scalp was turned orange and yellow, and to cover it, I left with brown. My stylist was new, just out of school, but she, or the manager should have known this was beyond her abilities. I spent 4 hours and 45 minutes in the chair. No one offered to help her, and no one offered to help me, despite my verbally asking. I had to spend my second day in town, in another salon fixing this colossal mistake. Lesson learned ladies, have a new stylist “show” you what they do before you allow them to do it. This cost me 2 days and a FORTUNE! Thanks to Rhonda at Shear Inspiration for taking me asap.
