Came in for my appointment to get my nails done. Nail tech looked at my nails and cause it was done with a ticker nail she refused to do it. Waited over a week to have them done only to be turned back around with no nails done. I understand if there wasn’t enough time but she didn’t offer anything like a new appointment or anything at all.

I’ve been debating about leaving a review. I have been going to Serendipity for my haircuts for years and I adore my stylist, but I’ve had a few really bad experiences and it’s leaving me torn. Specifically, lately I have been calling to make an appointment, and no one ever answers the phone or calls me back. I called and left a message the first time on the 10th, and have called multiple times since and was even hung up on one time. Dozens of calls later (more messages left every few days) and I still haven’t been called back to schedule an appointment, and it’s been TWO WEEKS! Today is the 28th.

Kalley did SUCH a good job coloring my hair! I asked for a nice pink color and showed her pictures, and she got the color exactly how i wanted! She was also very nice and I loved having great conversation while getting my hair done. I definitely recommend her! Hair coloring

I scheduled a haircut after hearing some good reviews. I have fine hair but a lot of it so I gives the effect of super thick hair not mention it is wavy/curly but not much. My hair was a little bit passed my shoulders and I had just asked for layers to add some dimension as it was all straight and I was not liking it much as I couldn’t style it. The stylist said she would thin it a little and then add what she called underneath layers. I completely trusted her as she said she had just done the same to her previous client only difference was that she had longer hair. I made it clear I only wanted some dimension but would like to keep my length and still be able to put it in a low ponytail or bun. By the time she was done she grabbed my hair and said you won’t really be able to do a ponytail but that’s ok. I was shocked cause I didn’t understand how that was possible. She then asked me to feel my hair to see if it was thin enough. I felt my hair and was in shock… it like I had nothing. I kept repeating it feels so thin, it feels so much lighter. I was in so much shock I couldn’t say anything else. As someone who has always had so much hair I felt naked. I paid and left. I went home showered and as I was shampooing my hair it just felt like I had some strands of hair almost nothing. I’ve never cried so much and felt so hideous. I can’t even put my hair in a bun or ponytail to wait for it grow out because I don’t have anything. I realize I should’ve said something but I was in so much shock and I’m not confrontational. There’s only been like 2 times where I’ve gotten a bad haircut but it’s usually not too bad and can usually have someone else fix it or wait for it to grow out but this is just horribles. I don’t think I could trust any other stylist again after this haircut.
