I absolutely love this salon! Everyone from the sweet receptionist, Kameron, to the stylists and owners are amazing. I have been coming to Gracyn for a few years now. I book my appointments every 5 weeks a year in advance and look forward to them. This is a gift I give myself as it such a treat. When I am here, I am pampered and feel the genuine and authentic love from all. When I leave, I always feel like I look my best. I’m turning 50 in September and these amazing ladies and gentleman keep me current with the latest styles while still hearing me and keeping me in my comfort zone. Gracyn did my hair for my daughter’s wedding as well as others in the bridal party. There aren’t enough words to proficiently articulate how much I love this place and the wonderful, talented people within these walls. On occasion, due to last minute plans or illness, other stylists have done my hair, and they made me feel just as loved and special as Gracyn does. Treat yourself to the gift of being pampered, feeling beautiful and stylish; you won’t be disappointed.

Visiting the salon and scheduling regular appointments here is one of my favorite things that I do for myself. Everyone that I have met is absolutely the best at what they do. The receptionist Cameron is absolutely fantastic. She has a wonderful demeanor and she is a pleasure to deal with. My esthetician Shannon is worth her weight in gold. She has done a fantastic job on everything I have ever asked her to do and she is always willing to give advice and help with anything related to my skin. Thomas is my hairstylist and he is one of the best that I have ever been to. He listens to exactly what I want and deliverers a perfect precision haircut. All of these people are always on time and the salon is always perfectly clean and smells inviting. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to an experience at serendipity salon.

This was my first time getting extensions. Gracyn was very knowledgeable and helped me understand how to take care of them. She gave me a lighter color around my face for the summer and two rows of extensions to give my hair more volume. Serendipity makes me feel like I’m right at home. Kameron, at the front, greets everyone right away and immediately offers people a drink. The entire experience here is amazing.

A fantastic experience! The entire staff were very professional and personal . I highly recommend this salon. My stylist worked a miracle on me! When i went in i thought their is no way they could fix the rats nest on my head lol boy they did and more. Now that we’ve settled that …My apprehension about going to a new stylist is always on 1,000 because I have very coarse, very curly, very thick hair. A bad haircut on curly hair will have me looking like Princess Merida after a long day of saving the people of Scotland. It’s not cute! Curly hair is a beautiful disaster; or mine is, but Thomas made it JUST beautiful. Let’s go to the next layer, getting an alluring haircut and then NEVER being able to reproduce it at home. That one factor is why I waited to do this review, I wanted to see if I could do it also at home. I could! Thomas explained to me which products to use, the amount to use, and the steps for applying them. Then he gave me pointers on how to dry my hair effectively. I got my hair cut here a few times though I should probably be going to visit a barber but it’s a nice place and I think if you needed a haircut no matter what type of hair less you were coming to get a retwist or smth you should come here

Joanna is amazing and always does my hair to perfection. All of the staff here is so kind and sweet. Cameron always greets everyone with such a positive vibe and creates a great atmosphere from the moment you walk in. They did the wedding party hair for my sister’s wedding too and did a fantastic job. They are the kind of people you genuinely enjoy being around.
