Place is super clean and very beautiful inside. They have multiple rooms for different services. This was my first Botox party to host here at this location, and they were very accommodating of all 15 ladies that attended. We had some ladies who were giving Botox a try for the first time and Megan H. Was able to make them feel comfortable and consult with them on the places she recommended Botox. Everyone was very happy with the services provided by the Serendipity team and they were able to offer laser hair removal to my self and a few others along with doing filler. I’ve been to Serendipity twice now. The first visit I had a lash lift and tint, as well as an eyebrow wax and clean up. On my second visit Jessica did my permanent eyeliner. The atmosphere is very relaxing, and the customer service is excellent. The work itself is top notch. They understand the science behind what they do, which ensures a safe and effective process. These ladies are masters of their craft! I would recommend this place to everyone.

Megan does such a great job at ensuring your not only comfortable, but fully aware of what to expect. This was my 3rd time to get Botox and Lip filler with her and each time I am just amazed at how great the results are! Definitely looking forward to my next visit to try new things!

I went to see Megan after she reached out to me after seeing a review I posted about a botched Botox job at another med spa. I was very apprehensive about getting Botox again for fear of another mistake making me look terrible! Megan was confident she could help correct the issue and I am so glad I went to her! She is very knowledgeable, informative & made me feel completely comfortable since I was anxious to get anymore Botox. Within a few days the issue was resolved and I was so relieved to look like myself again! The facility is nice and clean! She even had me schedule a followup to make sure everything is up to par. I appreciate her kindness and generosity and I’m excited to see what other treatments they offer at her spa! Thank you Serendipity!

I came here to get my eyebrows done after a horrible experience somewhere else! Jess made me feel so comfortable and when I told her about how the salon that I went to before ripped off half my skin and said it was my fault and that I had thin skin.
