Janet did my hair and she was very attentive to my request. I could tell Janet’s hair cutting and blow drying skills are expert level. I have very long thick hair and she left me impressed. Well , I was greeted when I arrived and Janet was my stylist and she was great. Very pleasant and knowledgeable and very professional. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she nailed it. My hair was pretty damaged and I left with such soft hair. I highly recommend this Serendipity Salon and Janet.

So I moved here a few years ago and have seen maybe four or five different “hair lady’s” . My whole life I’ve just used boxes of color, had anyone cut my hair. I really just didn’t care. Well a couple of months ago I was soooo tired of coloring my grays, so I decided to have my dark hair highlighted. I met Rosa at another salon and was absolutely impressed with her honesty about what it was I was looking for. She made me feel completely comfortable with what we had planned. She explained how it was going to be a process and that she didn’t want to compromise my hair and for me to just be patient. Well after that first visit, I literally already felt like she achieved what I was looking for. I followed her to this salon and now I will forever have a “hair lady” like everyone else I know lol.. she wasn’t money hungry and she actually cared about the end quality of our visits. She was kind, not overbearing, not too talky, just perfect. Love her❤️

I went for color wash and condition and my nails. In 3 nails she over filed and my skin got cut and bleeding and she was aware and apologized and continued. Charged me $65 for a basic nail set even after cutting my skin. Thats way overcharged and I’ve gotten my nails done before, never have i gotten charged that much for a basic set with 1 color. The lady who did my hair was a bit hard on the hair dye brush, and I asked her if she could put conditioner or deep conditioner or some leave-in product in my hair, she said no and insisted on me buying one instead. I resulted on using my own instead. To be charged a total of over $110 for coloring my hair with two mixed colors for 1 shade and it coming out looking very mediocre, a wash, and some basic nail sets with some cuts, and a nail that got nail polish peeling same day after a shower, not worth it and over charged.
