That was the worst experience on my life, was my first time visiting this place, this guy don’t know how cut a hair, or treat the hair, was cutting my hair completely dry, then was washed my head with very hot water, also was pulling my hair when he was drying my hair all the time.

Went to get chunky highlights. My highlights feathered so thin they got lost. Came back for correction. Now my whole head is blonde and not the roots so it looks as if I had my hair done months ago. Not to mention the orange hue and all my hair is now so chemical fried. I’m so terribly disappointed to spend all this time and money just to look a fool and feel so bad about myself reflection. Now I’ll have to find another shop to correct this s$@!. And go back to not trusting any hair dressers. this must be why the lighting is so terrible in this place so you don’t notice the horrible job you just paid for.

I booked wedding hair and makeup with my sisters and we had a lovely afternoon. Amanda, who did our hair, was open to suggestions and totally flexible with our style and budget requests. Billy, who did our makeup, had the perfect touch: enough to be noticed in pictures, but not so much makeup that we looked overdone. Very well balanced, nice job. Lastly, Jennifer, the owner, was warm and friendly toward us, ensuring that we had a nice afternoon and that everyone was pleased. I can’t recommend Serendipity highly enough. The decor and atmosphere is sophisticated and modern, but with a down-to-earth comfortable feel. No snootiness in this salon; just friendly faces and great service.
