Terrible hair color services by the owner Nahid. After multiple consultations I went in for a hair color and highlights and my hair was a disaster. I have brown hair with reddish under-tones and asked for a light ash brown and golden blonde highlights. She died my hair a shade of tar black and my highlights were all brassy at the roots. I believe she made a mistake mixing the color, but is too arogant to admit it and kept telling me that she had to go dark to get rid of the red tones. She lied to me and said that hair color will lighten after a couple of washes, which never did. She wont even give me a refund and I don’t trust her to let her have another go with my hair. Very disappointing with the service hair. Save your money and go to a real professional.
