Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityChris the owner is an EXPERT in her field. The color she does is out of this world. Her cuts are amazing. She just knows what will look good with the shape of your face, skin tone etc. Everyone working in the salon is personable, friendly, outgoing, and down to earth, not to mention extremely knowledgeable in their craft. You can tell Chris is a great person to work for as she treats her staff like family. You can’t help but feel like you’re in your best friends house hanging out chatting with the girls. I’m a lifer at September’s and refuse to let a home else touch my hair! Chris the owner is an EXPERT in her field. The color she does is out of this world. Her cuts are amazing. She just knows what will look good with the shape of your face, skin tone etc. Everyone working in the salon is personable, friendly, outgoing, and down to earth, not to mention extremely knowledgeable in their craft. After reading the Google reviews and finding a place close to where I live, i chose September’s. Nicky did my hair and I could not be happier. She took the time to give my current cut a really good look and ask me what I liked and disliked. Her hard work paid off and resulted in a perfect cut. I had to find a new stylist after using the same one for 12+ years. After reading the Google reviews and finding a place close to where I live, i chose September’s. Nicky did my hair and I could not be happier. She took the time to give my current cut a really good look and ask me what I liked and disliked. Her hard work paid off and resulted in a perfect cut. I would recommend both Nicky and this salon highly.

The shampoo and Conditioner they use smells so good, with a nice scent. The hair products of September Salon are excellent, i just had a color and highlights by Michelle it is very good, i love the outcome of my hair color, after the color my hair is so soft and shiny. The shampoo and Conditioner they use smells so good, with a nice scent. Michelle hairdresser is excellent in cutting hair and color and highlights.

Critical: QualityMichelle did my hair and I am kinda crushed about it. While the color is fine (even though it has more red than I would have liked), she literally cut my hair like a mushroom shape. I asked for Robin Wright (Claire Underwood from House of Cards) and she legit gave me 80s housewife curled under. The cut I wanted is a long side that swoops down and is like twice as long as the opposite side. This is barely long enough to tuck behind my ear on both sides. I even pointed out how I liked the longer swoop side to tuck behind my ear but she just kept cutting and cutting.
