YUYU scrubbing me like a baby was pampering. Loved it! However, it’s spa! So I recommend they make the scrub room feel look & spell like one! Other than a high school gym/shower!

Services are Way too expensive. the body scrub is not too bad. But I can definitely say that masseurs are not qualified at all. I doubt if they have any certificates. It will be no different from a massage you can get from your spouse/partner. They spend most of the massage stepping on your back. During the massage, other employees come in and out of your room and speak in their native language. Actually, I was going to this business mostly for the sauna and the steam room. But the owner of the business is waiting like a policeman by the sauna as if he has not chargedyou a lot of money. I guess he does this to keep their bills low. This is not the sauna experience it should be. He allows you to go in there once. Indeed you should go in stayafew minutes and get out take a little break go back in.Some of the workers speak no English. I don`t expect Shakespeare English from anyone, don’t get me wrong. but at least some basic English would be nice so that they can communicate with their customers. When I was there last time Someone locked the men`s locker room and took so long time in there, I did not wanna wait in a towel wrap so long in the hall way, wanted to wait in the dry sauna room so that I don`t get a cold. I am trying to explain this to the worker all she says is ” no no no no you massage finish”

Although I Never give bad reviews gotta say had a massage from this place today and it was Terrible!! I been there 4 times before and was Always great!! Full body massage would be back and front head to toe!!! Well today the lady spent 90% on my back and arms!!! Did very little leg stretch!! How about massaging the legs like everyone else does and when I asked her she said no!!! Lol unbelievable! On the way out I told the owner but he didn’t say much not sure he cared! Should have at least offered another massage the correct way or a refund!! Nothing!!!

This is a Korean spa so make sure you know what a body scrub is! But it was such a relaxing and wonderful experience. Worth every penny.

My go to massage spot in CT. Their prices are reasonable, their masseuses are wonderful and know what they’re doing, and they make sure to communicate with you during the massage to make sure the pressure applied is good for your body that day. My favorite part: the post-massage wet and dry sauna. I spend at least 10 minutes there after the massage and my body feels so much better after. I highly recommend their full-body deep tissue massage.

Customer service at it’s finest. I love getting massages here! It’s well worth it. Yo Yo has been my massage therapist several times now and she does exactly what I need for my body. I have serious neck, shoulder, and back pain from computer all day for work and previous sport injuries so coming here has been a blessing. I will definitely be booking a scrub and facial session soon too. It’s down the street from me and when it was my first time visiting, they made sure to guide me through the sauna/steam/massage room and made me feel comfortable. This facility is VERY clean and professional. I hope this review helps you out because I highly recommend this spot!

Amazing! This was my first Korean Spa experience and I am as smooth as a baby’s bottom. I’m a bit modest so the body scrub was a bit intimate at first but I quickly relaxed. It was great and I plan to return in a couple weeks! I also had the cucumber facial. It was real cucumbers but i expected more cleaning. Next time I will get the massage.
