They are amazing and treat you like they have known you you’re whole life. The tanning beds are amazing,they are beyond clean, I’ve been tanning for years and this is by far my absolute favorite spot yet, they definitely got my membership for life, if you are looking for a good well great place well here ya go you found it ❤ Tanning

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueSo I went in there yesterday with intentions of trying out a tanning bed for the first time… in my life. I explained this to the lady at the front desk. She said well it’s $22. You’ll get more bang for your buck with the membership and the special we have going on? I said yeah you’re right, but this is my first time. What if I don’t like it?She insisted. I felt pressured to sign up. While she was showing me the actual machine I was already freaking out, but told myself to just do it. I was very uncomfortable the entire time and could not wait to get out. Once I got out I explained to her how horrible the experience was for me and that I wouldn’t ever want to do it again. I asked her if I could just pay for the day instead of the membership. She said she had to call her boss because she didn’t know how to refund it.She called someone and it sounded like they did not want to refund my money at all. She got off of the phone and assured me that I would be refunded today. She said that her boss would be calling me and that he could fix it.He “Robin” called me and immediately went into how his system recognizes that I opened a membership and that I “used the membership” so he couldn’t give me any money back.I wasn’t expecting to get my full refund back, but I was also not expecting to pay $58 for 4 minutes.As I explained to Robin.. this is completely unacceptable. That is not how you run a business! I assured him that I would be leaving this review to share my experience with other people so that they don’t run into this same issue… he laughed!That is the kind of person that owns this business. So I went in there yesterday with intentions of trying out a tanning bed for the first time… in my life. I explained this to the lady at the front desk. She said well it’s $22. You’ll get more bang for your buck with the membership and the special we have going on? I said yeah you’re right, but this is my first time. What if I don’t like it?

Critical: ProfessionalismThis is what I would consider a smaller scale business which generally I like to support. With that being said I was super disappointed. I just moved to the area from Maryland and have always gone to a larger scale tanning salon. The place I am used to was friendly, informative, and helpful. They had great equipment and I knew what to expect. I walked into this place and all that the girl at the front desk said was “last name”. She didn’t ask me how I was or anything. I responded and told her that I was not in the system and would like to buy a membership. She then proceeded to slide a piece of paper to me and said nothing. The paper was a laminated list of their different memberships. She didn’t explain the memberships, she didn’t recommend a membership, and she did not offer to show me any of the beds. There was ZERO engagement. I asked about what type of beds there were and when I realized she knew very little about the equipment OR just didn’t care about her job enough to share the info she knew I just said ok I’ll purchase the premier membership. I figured I am experienced enough with tanning myself and working in a salon I would be able to figure out what works best by trial and error. The only thing she said to me was advising that the membership was a recurring charge for 3 months. She didn’t ask if I needed lotion , goggles, anything really. She did take the time to walk me to the bed and show me where to turn the bed and radio on. I tanned and I left. I have no idea what other beds the place offers or any other Perks they may have. Terrible customer service. Not welcoming at all. The price in my opinion compared to what I am used to is cheap however what does cheap matter if the service is trash. I wasn’t rude to the girl I figure that’s just the type of people they may have in there (get what you pay for type of experience). I tanned today won’t be back again. I’d rather go and drive the additional 20 miles to palm beach tan. I will say the place was clean from what I saw. Only positive I can offer. Maybe some people just want to be in and out and not be bothered but as a new customer I would have expected a little more effort. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis place just charged my wife $58 for 4 minutes. After posting a review on Facebook, we saw that there was another 1 star review.That review was of a lady that told them she had breast cancer and could no longer use their services. She it being charged $79 a month even after signing a cancellation contract.I only wish we would’ve been better about reading all of the bad reviews that this place has before trying it out. I used the sunless spray tans and it was awful. She didn’t allow me to pick my color, she didn’t give us bronzer (which by the way is what makes you less orange), she didn’t provide much direction at all. I have sprayed tanned a lot in the past and I usually love them, but this was awful. The people I went with have never gone before and they hated it and were given no direction. We came out orange with uneven lines and marks. I will not be going back.

My hubby and I have been clients at this salon ever since it opened and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. The owners, who are super friendly, very much care about the client experience. Bulbs are changed frequently, booths/beds torn apart, vacuumed and cleaned. A little bar in the back of the salon is set up with free deodorants, body sprays, wipes, etc. Specials offered, too.
