I LOVE Sense Nails! I’ve been going here consistently for almost a year, and I couldn’t rave about them more. My nail tech, Anna, is phenomenal. It feels so great to know that every three weeks I can sit in her chair, and she knows exactly what to do. She’s become a true friend. On rare occasion, a different tech would have to do my nails and they always did a great job too! Everyone there is so sweet, patient and great at what they do. They’ve made a customer for life out of me, for sure!

Went and got a detox pedicure done, which is the second highest you can get. Felt very rushed. Barely a half hour for twenty dollars more than the regular. They set a timer. Barely did a callus remover. Maybe all of 30 seconds total between both feet using the file AND pumice. The massage was not a massage but more of a gentle rub for maybe 3-4 minutes total. I noticed the polish had gone matte, over an hour later, and when I touched the nail, the polish swiped off on my finger. All because the lotion and paraffin wasn’t cleaned off properly. The polish then almost wiped off completely with a tissue. It never dried or adhered to the nail, despite sitting and drying too. This wasn’t my first so-so experience here, but it will certainly be my last.

First time going here and first time getting acrylic nails. Very nice and explained everything to me. Really clean, and matched the reference photo I gave perfectly. Very happy with my experience! Acrylic nails

I don’t typically make reviews BUT this place deserves every good review they got. Most nail places are not kept up, clean and I have found that the wait times are extreme and they can be rude. NOT this place, they’re clean, highly professional and I have not had ONE bad experience here. I highly recommend making an appointment days in advanced. I personally see Jay, he’s spot on every time.

I’ve tried to get my nails done there on 4 separate occasions and they never have any availability! The one time I was able to get an appointment 1 hour before they closed when it was time to dry my nails the owner almost rushed me out and said “your nails are dry” ! It doesn’t matter if you call really early in the day really late in the day 1 day in advance they seem to always be booked. The nail technician who did my pedicure did a great job but it doesn’t seem worth the hassle.

Before woman started I asked her if she could do a dip fill as I had tips. She said yes and proceeded to chomp my nails with nail clippers. I asked her what she was doing. She then told me she could not do that. I would have left if she was honest with me.

9/3/21 I went in to get a fill. I had Tammy. I showed her that one of my nails was lifting a lot and she said “okay I can replace it for you”. I’ve never been there before and the only reason I went there was because I’ve heard nothing but good things, even when removing acrylics. My nails are super thin (which is obliviously going to happen with acrylics) so I told her to be careful when removing it. she was getting out a tip which I thought she was going to glue on my nail after she took the previous nail off. She ended up quickly trying to slide the tip under my nail which then caused my actual nail to split in half horizontally and start bleeding. It ended up not even taking my previous nail off so she had to keep soaking it with the cotton ball and acetone and it made it burn. I didn’t even get to go run it under water or anything to get the blood off so when I left there was dried blood under my nail and I’m sure also beneath the new nail. It’s the next day and my finger is in so swollen and in so much pain it prevented me from sleeping (which says a lot because I have a high pain tolerance.) I honestly won’t even be surprised if it becomes infected.
