Great experience! I had never tried cryotherapy or normatek compression massagers, and I really enjoyed the experience. The staff were very friendly and explained everything fully before I started the process. I was unsure what would help my recovery the most (having run 18 miles the day before), so I just dropped in to check things out. I ended up getting everything done right then without having to book in advance!

I’ve had exceptional experiences floating at different locations, a self care practice I introduced myself to a couple of years ago. This spa has by far been the best experience for floating thus far. The customer service is top tier. The facility is clean and accommodating. The overall experience has brought me complete satisfaction at every level and I will continue to be a returning customer because of these exceptional service experiences. I have paired my float therapy with a half hour hot sauna service on two different occasions and at this point I am not interested in experiencing float therapy any other way. I love the hot showers and the hot tea service that really seal the deal after my services. Today I utilized the Netflix in the sauna while sipping hot tea and honey, and rest, relaxation, inspiration, and rejuvenation is all I felt walking out the door after my experience. This spa is an oasis and really executes the whole float therapy experience at a high level. I am so grateful to have discovered Sense Float & Cryo Spa. I love it here and I look forward to trying the other services offered.

Had a wonderful “float” experience at Sense Float & Cryo Spa! Truly a unique way to relax and let go of stress. The facility was exceptionally clean and I enjoyed the peaceful music during my float. Terrible customer service. The guy that walked in the door immediately before I entered was checked in, taken back for treatment, completed his session, and checked out before I was even check in. When I ordered the treatment online, I tried to use a discount code, but the website messed up and did not apply it. I was then told “sometimes the website messes up”, but then they wouldn’t apply the discount even though they knew the system was malfunctioning. After being there over 30 minutes, I am now the opposite of relaxed and am taking my business elsewhere.
