Very disappointing received a highlight with a cap had all kinds of zig zagswhen told they would fix it made an appointment the girl never showed up someone else tried to fix it but no good then was told the reason it didn’t come out because my hair was too long will never go back they were three hours late for the appointment they never called me very disappointing will make sure that I pass it around to everybody I know over $100 for that

I got mine, my mothers, and my 5 and 2 year olds hair trimmed up and everyone was very nice to us and didnt go chop crazy like most salons do to us..still have my beautiful long hair and I will go back every few months for our trims!! Prices are pretty reasonable compared to most places around this area. Recommend for you and your little ones!

Critical: QualityHad my 4 year old son’s hair cut for Christmas by betty and was not very satisfied what so ever. My son had long hair and was given a trimmed on the sides and long on the top. That was done. But as for the shape up of the hair line or the trim down was not good. Paid for the haircut and tip only cause it’s the holidays and fortunately my son’s hairline will grow back. Sensational Hair is amazing! I go there to get my eyebrows done and they are amazing. They are very gentle. When I get my hair trimmed it always looks like a famous hair stylist has done it! They are so sweet and they love the chat. They welcome walk-ins. They do easr piercings, which is wear I got mine done! Thy did my hair for my Pageant and I won.

They may be a great salon for people with straight hair. I have no idea, because I have curly hair. I went there because there were claims of one of the stylists to be an expert on curly hair. SO not the case. I got said stylist. I went for a curly pixie cut. Even gave her the exact style I wanted. She cut it so short I look like a 12 year old boy. It is not at all what I asked for. My curls are sticking all over the place because she left absolutely no length on them. I have no idea if she even layered it properly for a curly pixie or if she just layered it for a straight cut pixie, but it’s awful. I will NEVER go back again.
