I must say I had an AMAZING experience here today. I stopped by yesterday ( Thursday) and spoke to Jenny, she is so sweet. I asked if I could set up an appointment for a new gel set and pedicure. She was so accommodating. I went in today for the most relaxing pedicure of my life. The foot and leg massage was beyond wonderful. My feet have never looked or felt better. I asked for a photo I saw for my nails and the result is even better . The patience and kindness taken was beyond none. I’ve already made my appointment for my next visit. All this and a little gift. This place is definitely my go to. So happy I stopped in. I’m definitely a new customer.

I asked for a simple heart design, and showed a photo. She began filing , I have a cut on my pinky and there is hair in one of my acrylics. The design didn’t look like a heart and she forgot to add the white. Worst of all my total for 2 nail designs and a fill was $90, will not be going back. Acrylic nails, Gel manicures

I am picky about my gel manicures and Sensation has never disappointed! The salon is super clean, they take lots of measures for Covid safety, they are all very talented and very kind. It is a true spa experience. No TVs blaring, soft music, soft voices, the shoulder massage is so wonderful as part of the service. I always leave feeling very pampered and my budget is happy too. Highly recommend!!

The nail tech was not gentle and did not take her time during the process. Second, the dip nails are not suppose to use UV light and they did. I have been coming to this nail salon for over a year and I just love it! Jenny and the girls are so friendly and skilled at what they do. The salon is extremely clean and comfortable. They go our to their way to make sure the customer is happy and relaxed. My nails, toes and eyebrows have never been better. Today I treated myself to a spa pedicure and the massage was outstanding. Absolutely love this place! Never had a bad manicure, pedicure or massage. Staff is always courteous & attentive. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes & I’m always a walk-in. If you’re looking for an $80 mediocre manicure; go down the mall. If you’re looking for a reasonably-priced manicure that lasts; go here. They truly understand customer service…
