I have been a long time customer and have not had a problem in the past. However, I used to see another woman who no longer works there. This time, I saw Canny and she shredded my nails while rushing like the she had an another appointment and had to finish quickly. When I pulled my hand away, she told me to “relax”. Spoke to the manager afterwards and was not offered any kind of future discount or service to make up for the horrible treatment.
