I’ve gotten my hair done here a couple of times over the years. The braids are reasonably priced, neat and durable. I’ve gotten my hair braided several times (Senegalese twists, micros, tree braids..etc) and this is one of the nicer shops because of work and customer service. My hair is completely natural and I’ve had minimal damage effects (outside of the typical hair shedding…). I am just now writing the review because I am booking another appointment for this weekend and realized I never gave my positive review years ago.

Experience from hell! Long story short, i brought purple ombre (dark on top, color on the bottom) hair with my daughter to this salon and showed the pic of what I wanted done. The pic also showed the color same as the hair I purchased,$4/pack for 8 packs, $32 total, which is pricey for braiding hair. They said 2p, I arrived at 130, my daughter didn’t get in the chair until 520. Then they cut the ombre hair like regular hair and had her looking like a Halloween character with her whole head black and purple. After stating several times that this is not what I asked for nor payed for, as the owner shrugged me off saying that we never discussed color (but common sense, why would you cut this hair when its an exact match to the picture I showed you!), she took no interest in making sure I was satisfied. I then asked where is her customer satisfaction policy. She stated that she has no such thing because all of her customers are satisfied. So then I asked if she was the registered owner of this business and where was her license. She reluctantly waved me toward a plaque on the front table. As I photographed it, she then decided to offer to take it out and give my money back for for the style. Still at a loss for $32 on the hair and we didnt leave that stop until 1030p. Complete disaster!
