Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityI arrived early for my appointment and was able to get started right away. I had two wonderful ladies work on my hair, medium size box braids. They were fast and the hair looks amazing. I was done in under three hours. I will be back!! I didn’t get pics right away, the hair is over a month old and still looks fresh! I arrived early for my appointment and was able to get started right away. I had two wonderful ladies work on my hair, medium size box braids. They were fast and the hair looks amazing. I was done in under three hours. I will be back!! I didn’t get pics right away, the hair is over a month old and still looks fresh! Great job ladies!!!!

Critical: QualityI had called weeks before trying to get hair done the owner kept telling me to call back in an hour eventually she said she would call me but did not. I tried again after a couple of weeks. I got in. I should have left when I saw everyone was getting the same style with big huge box braids in the back of head long in length I wanted a short style but she kept saying she has to braid pass my hair I choose and bought hair like my own so it would blend well. I showed her a picture and the size of braids I wanted. She said ok but did NOT DO what I asked for and when I looked at how big the twist where I was devastated and did not want to pay what she had asked for since she did not give me what I asked for. I will return to show her my hair when I do it or get it done like I want. But never for service. I thought my style was easy and she stated its her favorite style to do “Spring twist” but it is maybe 10 twist the back of my head where I usually have it very full. Also I asked for diamond parts she kept saying you won’t be able to see them well I am the customer its what I wanted but I said okay never mind. Well all I see is scalp and big square parts where she could have put three twists instead of one big twist. Never again…….. I had called weeks before trying to get hair done the owner kept telling me to call back in an hour eventually she said she would call me but did not. I tried again after a couple of weeks. I got in. I should have left when I saw everyone was getting the same style with big huge box braids in the back of head long in length I wanted a short style but she kept saying she has to braid pass my hair I choose and bought hair like my own so it would blend well.
