Worst experience I’ve ever encountered! Stopped in for 2 fills and a full set and left extremely disappointed and in pain 2 hours later. My skin was completely filed off of all my fingers, the woman was very rude and didn’t listen to what I wanted. I went in with a beautiful set of long coffin cut nails and left with nubs, half painted nails and excruciating pain. My daughters were disappointed with the paint quality and designs after they showed each person their simple designs they wanted and turned out completely wrong. I don’t leave reviews and wouldn’t complain but I had to share our experience with this salon. DO NOT USE THEM…$200 for 2 fills and a full set of acrylics later and no concern for their clients. No Thanks

This was mine and my sisters first time there and it was the best experience we’ve ever had. My sisters nails were so ruined from previous nail salons and Michelle and the other lady fixed them. Alex did amazing with my nails and his cousin Samuel was great. We got treated like queens from the second we walked in there and we will be traveling the 45 minutes from Oswego to get there every 2 weeks.

We visited Seneca Nails the Saturday before mothers day for pedicures. There were 3 of us, one my elderly Aunt. The staff was wonderful! They accommodated my Aunts medical condition, and the pedicures were wonderful, and the staff actually converesed with us. Lots of places dont bother talking to you. They even gave out mothers day baloons which i thought was sweet. We will definitely be going back.

This was always my “go to” nail salon, as I was always pleased with the service and the cost. However, I visited over the weekend for a spa pedicure and basic manicure, and am not happy with either. Nails are unevenly shaped, polish (both fingers and toes) is visibly uneven in coverage. I was, unfortunately, not comfortable pointing this out while there, as I know I should have done.
