Mani/pedi itself was good but overall experience was not. Went here because it was convenient to my location. To be fair; I called, made an appointment and then called again and changed my time. Also added a service when I got there but asked if they had time and they said yes. Would have been ok if they said no instead of being rushed out the door. The woman doing my pedicure walked away with no explanation mid pedicure for about 15 minutes and the woman doing my manicure got on her phone about 10 times, no joke, mid manicure. When my manicurist was finishing up, she proceeded to try and sell me lobster her husband caught or something of that nature. I get it, we all need a side hustle these days but it definitely seemed inappropriate. Of course because the woman doing my pedi wondered off, she finished my pedicure significantly later and right when they were closing. She immediately put my Sandals on without letting my nails dry for even two minutes and shoo’d me out the door. 10/10 will not be going back. I’ll take the 15 minute drive to my old salon where I’m treated as a paying customer.

I called to ask for a pedicure and they said to come in 10-15 minutes. When I arrived, they said I needed to wait another 15 minutes. I called ahead of time to avoid that… some of us have kids and are on a time restraint. If it was going to be 30 minutes, she could’ve told me that on the phone.

Today I went in at 6pm to get a gel manicure. The guy was doing my nails and he painted one nail and he asked if I liked it and I said no. Because I didn’t. I asked to change it. And he turned around saying “I don’t have time for you” choose a color we close at 6.45pm even though they close at 7pm and 2 more people came in for pedicure after me. That person was rude and at the end he even asked me for a tip. For such bad attitude that simple gel manicure cost me $43!!! Never coming back again!!!

Went yesterday for acrylics I had an appointment but ended up waiting 30 min to have my nails done. The lady at the front desk is the only nice person working there. The women who did my nails never said a word to me the whole time. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she started off good with the shape but left acrylic and dust underneath my nails. When it came to the painting she rushed and did a terrible sloppy job as soon as she was done she got up and ran straight to the next client not even saying goodbye. This place is a joke don’t waste your money here.

They do a great job; however dealing with them to set up the appointment has been a nightmare each time. They are rude, don’t answer your questions, talking to other people at same time and once there was a little kid screaming in the background. Once you get past dealing with front desk all is great. What they need to realize is a lot of the people I know would either hang up or walk out. Need to work CUSTOMER SERVICE. Hope they see this post and change their attitude before I go to my appointment!’ If they didn’t do such a good job I would not go back.

This was my second visit to Sendero Nail Salon. The first experience was alright. Although I had an appointment I waited quite a while for my pedicure. I went back again today for the second time. It was extremely quiet only one other person was in there. I had a gel manicure and a polish change on my toes. The polish on my toes is poorly applied and the manicurist cut two of my fingers. She couldn’t get me out of there fast enough. She didn’t apply a top coat and did not wipe my nails off with alcohol. The location is convenient but the quality is terrible.

I got mine done with Hailey and she KILLED IT!!! I told her what I wanted and how it bothered me that my left eye lashes are shorter and less full than my right and I told her I wanted to look like I had mascara on and she did just that! She was so sweet through the whole process, always made sure I was comfortable! please go see Hailey!!I AM SO HAPPY!
