Positive: Professionalism, QualityThis is probably one of the best massages I have ever had! Hands down the therapist Coco worked all kinks and also helped me stretch during and after the massage. The entire staff was friendly and the facility was very clean. Coco offered me a bottle of water after the massage. I was very happy with my massage and will return.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI had an appointment at 10am on a Friday. The girl didn’t show up until 1025am. Opened the front door and propped it open. I got out of my car and said I had an appointment at 10am can I still get my service done. She said “yeah I guess”.I went inside. Said that my appointment was for the Ionic Foot Detox which is clearly marked ON THE WEBSITE and ON THE FRONT WINDOW. She said no foot detox you get massage. I said no massage my appointment was for Foot Detox. She said no. Massage or no service.I finally agreed to the massage. Pulled out my credit card she said “cash only”…. no signs anywhere that they only accepted cash / No messages on the website / nothing in the emails that they sent to me.I left without any services and had to book with another place.I had an appointment at 10am on a Friday. Positive: Professionalism, QualityThis is a great place for a massage!I dropped in today to get some relief from a long work day, not entirely sure what to expect. I was greeted by a friendly young woman named Lucy who was quick to take me in without an appointment. She gave me a very personal experience with attention to detail, asked me what type of pressure I like, gave options for oil or lotion, etc. I felt very relaxed and comfortable. Critical: CommunicationWas happy about price and availability. Booked reservation online. After going to location 20 miles from home I’m asked did you call? I stayed I booked online, not sure if she could understand English very well. Showed the reservation and was told .. “no no no, please call.
