We <3 Sen Salon! We were visiting ATL to see family, and our toddler needed a haircut ASAP. Sen Salon was able to get us in quickly, and the stylist did a fantastic job on my wily kiddo's hair! He was very patient and professional, and our son's haircut looks super cool. We also really appreciated that they're still observing covid precautions. Five stars! We'll be back the next time we're in Atlanta. :)

I went to Sen Salon for a balayage and it was a terrible experience. Maria was my hair stylist and she did a horific job. She is a wonderful person herself but can not blend properly. People told me my hair looked like I did it myself. I was so embarrassed I boxed dyed it after paying $150 for something I did not like at all. After it was finished I told her I did not like it and she continued to tell me it looked good. When a clinet says they do not like something it is ridiculous this salon made me pay her!

Horrible customer service, unprofessional staff, and extremely unstructured process that keep you waiting for ages without clearly telling you who is next or for how many longer you have to wait. A total waste of time – Just don’t bother trying out yourself.

Not sure what some other reviews had experienced. My first time experience visiting here today was awesome. Ben was very friendly and professional. He did a great job gave me a quick and neat (short) haircut. I really enjoy their superior service with affordable price. I should have tipped more but pushed the wrong button. Certainly will visit again and add it back. Would recommend!
