Right when you walk in you can tell that everything is so organized and clean and the staff are the sweetest people ever. They absolutely know ho to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Do not let the good reviews fool you. I am extremely disappointed with my results. After 12 sessions I am still growing a lot of hair on all areas that I got serviced. When I told the manager my concern and explained that not every tech does a thorough job, I was told that my concern would be sent to a department and it would be investigated and someone will reach out. That was almost 3 months ago! Now every time I call I can’t get a hold of her. All they want to do is continuously ask me if I’m taking any vitamins or medications that could make more hair grow, my answer is always No! There have been times where I would come to get serviced and the tech would miss or skip over areas they were suppose to treat. Only two people I’ve had in there actually know what they’re doing. The last time I came, one of the two techs I really like said herself that I am growing a lot of hair to have had 12 sessions. I have been going to this place over the course of two years and have spent over $2000 on this procedure just to be disappointment and upset. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of care and attentiveness to my concern. Not to mention, the Tech I had the time before my last time I was there burned my underarms and upper lip and it took 3 months to heal! They had to skip over a few areas in my last session because they couldn’t go over the burns. This company doesn’t care about customer satisfaction, just money. I wish I could get all my money back but I am tired of dealing with these people and might have to just accept my loss. I will NEVER recommend anyone to this establishment and they should be ashamed of themselves for treating a paying customer this way!
