I’ve been treated at Semper since January and have been very impressed with my results. Process is super easy, I come in every 6 weeks for treatment and I have less hair each time. My only complaint is that it’s hard to get an appointment if you need to reschedule last minute because they are very busy but other than that everything has been great.

I have had nothing but amazing experiences at Semper! I am a little over half way through my Brazilian package and I have barely any hair left! Taylor has been my tech the last 2 sessions and I have been really happy with my experience with her. front desk staff is rude. I showed up 10 min late after being stuck being a train and they weren’t able to accommodate me. My appointment usually takes 10 minutes so I don’t understand. The lady’s tone was so rude. I’ve been to other locations and they’re much nicer and accommodating. My last appointment was cancelled by this location because the machine was out. I drove there and THEN they told me. No courtesy text or anything.

Before you go to this laser removal place know that if you sign for a package deal you will never get a refund of the sessions you can’t use for whatever reasons. They have a lot of turnover with their employees… the new manager in the location showed me a la k of experience in the management role and she lacked professionalism. I will never go to this location know that the manager Karen works their. She is quick to insult her clients and gave them leave unsatisfied with the service received. Beware …. Corporate made a bad. Voice hiring her!
