From the initial visit to each one, Semper Laser staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating. I had tried laser hair removal many years ago to which it was so painful and not as effective. I was hesitant to try it again, but after my initial appointment with Semper, I figured that the costs outweighed the hassle. I’ll admit to being pleasantly surprised at how effective their laser is and also how much less painful (hair removal is going to be painful no matter how you look at it) than I had anticipated it to be. The location is clean and welcoming but even more so, the staff is knowledgeable and personable. Looking forward to final results!

I just signed up to get laser at Semper and have had a great experience so far. I really knew nothing about laser going into it so I had so many questions and Beatrice explained how everything works in depth. The whole staff have been incredibly nice, patient, and welcoming. They let me try it out before committing which was great because I got to experience what it felt like. It’s really clean in there and the tech I had for my initial session made me feel comfortable. I bought a package for the areas that I want treated and it includes unlimited touch ups for life, which honestly is such a relief to know that this is the only time I will have to pay for laser for these specific areas!! I feel like I’m in good hands there and Im happy I finally decided to do this because I’ve been wanting to for a while!

I’ve been coming to Semper Evanston for the past 6 months (June 2022). Chantal does a great job educating about the laser process and the post skin-care routine. Super quick 2m service for underarms and for lower legs it was 5m. I’d say that the “pain experience” feels similar to if someone snapped a rubberband on your skin.
